UFO Fibre Distribution Box

The Connectix UFO Fibre Distribution Box (FDB) is suitable for internal or external use within Fibre-to-the-Home (FTTH) and Fibre-to-the-Business (FTTB) deployments.

The UFO FDB provides connections between backbone and horizontal optical fibre cables with midspan capability, PLC splitter holders, splicing and pre-connectorised formats.

The UFO FDB features EasySecure anchoring system, designed to hold cables in place securely and easily as specified in EN 61300-2-4. Splice tray cassettes and splitters can be added to create different configurations depending on the application, such as GPON or P2P. Confirming to IP55 rating the UFO FDB is a small, slimline multifunction fibre distribution box.
